    泡麵也可以開餐廳!台北一位謝小姐煮泡麵煮出心得,乾脆開店賣泡麵,不但大街小巷去搜括各國泡麵,還特別準備青菜、雞蛋還有肉片,增加味道,吸引人潮上門,短短1個月時間,賣出5千碗,營業額衝到12萬!

    專注的盯著熱水,等待時機,要怎麼煮好泡麵,泡麵達人謝小姐最拿手。業者謝小姐:「水滾了,麵可以加進去了,我們自己在煮泡麵來講,本身就希望是大火,因為大火那個熱是滲透到麵裡面,不需要讓它悶煮。」 沒錯!就是憑著這個訣竅,讓謝小姐煮出來的泡麵特別有味道,甚至開店專門賣泡麵!真的不誇張,跟人一樣高的層櫃,泡麵排得滿滿滿,,其中韓國來的辛拉麵最暢銷,短短一個月賣出150碗。

    口碑最「ㄏㄤ」的日本日清拉麵,湯頭嚇嚇叫,甚至還有朋友特別從日本買回來這款泡麵,一包250元,肉吃起來就跟現煮一樣。民眾:「口感很豐富,辣得很夠勁,然後麵也很Q,自己煮的料沒有加這麼多,這邊的料比較多。」

    民眾一個接一個上門,因為想加蛋、加菜或是肉片通通可以,價格從10元起跳,店裡頭賣的泡麵,從台灣、韓國、泰國到日本都有,將近50種,光是一個月下來賣出5千碗,營業額突破10萬。

    業者要打破即定印象,靠著煮泡麵殺進餐飲市場。

    在捷運新店線--公館站 下車,從3號出口出 , 往台大正門口(新生南路上)方向走,過馬路到對面肯德基,往新生南路麥當勞方向前進,約走5分鐘就會看到76巷標示,轉近巷子就會看到杜鵑雜食館的招牌!
    點餐方式 : 就是選擇自己想要的泡麵,然後依照不同的加料(如雞蛋、青菜、肉片等)有不同的加價。另外,也有其他的熱食可以選擇。
